Just for Preschoolers!

For a preschooler, each day is filled with new discoveries!  At FaithWeaver Friends, kids will discover they can experience and embrace God's love!  As they encounter each Discovery Center, children will sing, play, learn, share, make and snack their way to a better relationship with friends, with caring adults, and most importantly--with God!

Just for Children (grades 1-6)!

Choirs

1st - 2nd grade
JOY

A strong focus of JOY is singing for fun.  This group performs in worship services during the year giving children the experience of being worship leaders.  Leaders work to help children develop an understanding of lyrics and how they can be incorporated in daily living.

PRAISE is a recurring theme for our 3rd and 4th grade choir.  They focus on learning some of the fundamentals of music as well as using music to praise God.  They may learn a musical to present at Christmas or work on music to sing for worship.  In any case, our 3rd and 4th graders really know how to PRAISE!

3rd - 4th grade
Praise

5th - 6th grade
Overflowing

OVERFLOWING is the choir for 5th and 6th graders.  Preteens have the opportunity to build on skills developed in prior choir experiences and continue to work on developing a focused singing tone.  OVERFLOWING performs in church worship several times during the year and often works on musicals for holidays and end-of-year performances.

Missions
1st - 6th grade Girls

In Girls in Action (GAs), girls will learn about missionaries and what they do; discover how they can help others; save and give money to tell others about Jesus; learn about other cultures; and HAVE LOTS OF FUN!

Girls involved in the GA program are taught to live a missions lifestyle that honors God by learning about missions, praying for missions, giving to missions, doing missions and participating in the work of the church.

1st - 6th grade Boys

The Royal Ambassadors programs gives boys the opportunity to learn about missions and how they can have a personal role in them. As an RA, boys are taught how they can be aware of the needs of people around the world and how they can respond to those needs. Ra leaders seek to guide boys to a personal commitment to Christ and assist them in their Christian growth experience as they become His ambassador.
Royal Ambassadors teaches boys about missions as a lifestyle by:
Becoming a well-informed responsible follower of Christ

Having a Christ-like concern for all people
Learning how to carry the message of Christ around the world
Working with others in sharing Christ
Keeping clean and healthy in mind and body
Having fun with friends
