Dear Campbellsville Baptist Parents,

We want you to know that we love your kids at CBC.  We want to serve you and your children the way Jesus would have us serve them. 

The purpose of this 8 question survey is to help CBC leadership understand your opinions and attitudes toward the children's ministry.  The survey is anonymous and you will not be asked to share your name or personal information.
